Delivery Time
The delivery times below are an estimated typical delivery time. Actual delivery times may vary based on local shipping conditions.

Delivery Fees
We provide standard shipping for all orders that will appear automatically at the check out. If the customer desires rushed shipping, they can contact customer service for a quotation.
Product Inspection Policy Upon Delivery
Customers should record a video of unboxing and send it to our online customer care. If the product is found damaged, incorrect, or missing, the customer may refuse to accept it.
(Note: Customers are allowed to open the outer box but not the product packaging.)
Unsuccessful Delivery
During the delivery process, if you are not present in the shipment, the carrier will contact you to make an appointment time to return the goods (for 2 appointments). After 2 appointments to return but still not delivered successfully, the carrier will refund the goods to Kondition. Other attempts for re-delivery will require extra shipping fee from customers.
