Exchange Policy

We want you to have the best experience with KONDITION products. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to assist you with a product exchange within 14 days of receiving your order under the two scenarios below:

1. Change of Mind Exchanges (Change of product’s color) If you change your mind and wish to exchange for a different color or towel type, KONDITION will accommodate your request with the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: The product must be 100% brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all two-way shipping fees associated with this exchange request.
  • Promotions/Discounts: Any discount codes applied to the original order are non-transferable and cannot be applied to the newly exchanged item.

2. Defective or Incorrect Item Exchanges (Tears, manufacturing flaws, or wrong items) In the event of an error on KONDITION's end (e.g., loose stitching, tearing after the first use, or receiving the wrong item):

  • Item Condition: A 1-to-1 exchange is supported if the technical defect appears
  • Defect Verification: Please provide your order number, close-up photos/videos of the defect, and the unboxing video when receiving product to our Customer Service team for the fastest approval.
  • Shipping Costs: KONDITION will cover 100% of the two-way shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

General Rules & Process (Applies to both scenarios)

  • Purchase Eligibility: Exchanges are only valid for products purchased directly through KONDITION's official website or official online channels with Order’s Number
  • Shipping Liability: LAXO is not responsible for exchange packages lost in transit by the courier. Please retain your shipping tracking number for your reference.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to inspect the item and process your exchange once we receive your package.
  • Inventory Availability: All exchanges are subject to actual stock availability at the time of processing.
